What I ate today 07-01-2016

Today has been a good day! YEY! I won’t overly bore you with the details just pretty pictures πŸ˜‰

Breakfast

Now no judging! I know some of you are going “two cereal bars?! really?!” oh I think you’ll find there are whole supermarket aisles dedicated to them! These are Slimming World’s own in the lemon meringue flavour & chocolate orange flavour. They count as 3 syns each or 2 for for your Healthy Extra B choice!

Lunch

This looks quite random I know but I was STARVING (when am I not really?!) I coated the mushrooms with garlic and baked them in the oven. The couscous is Ainsley Harriet’s Sundried Tomato couscous, the portion size you can see on my plate is around 1 syn. Is it worth the syn? Probably not, I was using this up as it was in my cupboard but I won’t be repurchasing. I also added some wafter thin turkey for a bit of protein.

Dinner

Matt is out and I wasn’t too hungry this evening so I made a Batchelor’s pasta ‘n’ sauce in the cheese, leek & ham flavour. This is really nice and also really quick.

Snacks

I have had 2 Cadbury’s roses which are 2 syns each, I don’t really feel that hungry today in general plus I am eating out tomorrow and saturday so I am trying to be as good as I can whilst I am at home. I might have an options hot chocolate which are around 2 syns this evening to fill me up!
